| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨涎腺肿瘤中细胞财亡及调控基因p53、bcl-2、c-myc间的关系。方法：采用脱氧核糖核酸末断转移酶介导的dUTP缺口末端标记（TUNEL）技术，免疫组织化学染色和HE染色对18例多形性腺瘤和52例恶性涎腺肿瘤中细胞凋亡和bcl-2、p-53、c-myc蛋白表达进行观察和比较。结果：恶性涎腺肿瘤的凋亡细胞指数明显高于多形性腺瘤（P＜0．05），恶性涎腺肿瘤中bcl-2、p53和c-myc蛋白表达率及表达强度明显高于多形性腺瘤（P＜0．05）。结论：细胞凋亡的调控基因异常在涎腺肿瘤中可能起重要作用，bcl-2和c-myc蛋白的共同作用可抑制细胞凋亡。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the extent of apoptosis and its regulating gene expres-sion in salivary gland tumor.Methods:Apoptosis was detected in histologic sections by the ter-minal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP nick end labelling technique(TUNEL);p53,bel-2and c-myc were detected by immunohistochemical staining in18cases of pleomorphic adenoma and52cases of salivary gland tumor.Results:The apoptosis index was clearly higher in malignant salivary gland tumors than that in pleomorphic adenoma (P<0.05).The positive rate and staining intensity of p53,bcl-2and c-myc oncoprotein in malignant salivary gland tumors were significantly higher than those observed in peomorphic adenomas(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ab-normal regulation of apoptosis may play an important role in the development of salivary gland tumor:bcl-2and c-myc oncoprotein may block apoptosis in salivary gland tumors. |
