| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨非玻璃体切割治疗复杂性视网膜脱离,尤其是PVH C级以上的病人。方法 对各种病因的复杂性视网膜脱离30只眼,采用改良的巩膜外扣带缝合方法,玻璃体腔内注入C_3F_8(全氟丙烷)气体。结果 术后随防半年～5年,平均1年半,视网膜复位25眼,术后18眼视力均有不同程度的提高。结论 在设备受限的情况下,对复杂性、陈旧性视网膜脱离的治疗。本方法简便易行,疗效可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the cutting of the non-vitreous tissue in the treatment of complex detachment of retinal, especially in the patients whose conditions are worse than PVR C. Methods In treating complex detachment of retinal with different causes, we applied the improved method of episcleral eingulum suture, and injected C3F8 gas into the vitreous cavity. Results After a following-up for half to five years, on average for one and a half years, the retinal of 25 eyes have regained their normal position, and there are improvement of visual acuity to different degrees in 18 eyes. Conclusion Under the condition of limited equipment, this therapy is a simple and convenient way to treat complex and long-time detachment of retinal, and its effect is dependable. |
