| 摘 要： | 目的：验证盐酸川芎嗪葡萄糖注射液治疗急性脑血管病患者的有效性和安全性。方法：采用随机单盲对照试验及开放实验研究49例经川芎嗪注射液治疗的急性缺血性病人的疗效和各项安全指标。结果：试验组，对照组和开放组共49例，总有效率分别是79％、70％和70％，均有明显疗效，但各组间的总有效率无显著差异（P＞0．05），治疗前后各安全指标均无明显变化。结论：盐酸川芎嗪葡萄糖注射液治疗缺血性脑血管病有效且安全。

Clinical observation on muriatic ligustrazine glucose injection for treatment of acute ischemic cerebrovascular diseases |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect and safety of muriatic ligustrazine glucose injection for treating patients with acute ischemic cerobrovascular diseases.Methods To make randomized single blind control trial and opening trial and observe the effect and safe indexes of 49 patients.Results In all 49 patients,the total effect rates were 79% in experimental group,70% in control group and 70% in opening group.The effect was significant,but the total effect rate and the safe indexes of treating before and after had no statistically significant differences between groups( P >0.05).Conclusion Muriatic ligustrazine glucose injection is effective and safe for acute ischemic cerebrovascular diseases. |
