| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨上海地区慢性疲劳综合征、中医体质及社会心理危险因素三者之间的相关性。方法:采用流行病学病例对照设计,对100例慢性疲劳综合征患者和1000例健康人群进行问卷调查,进行相关统计分析。结果:气虚质、阴虚质、阳虚质、气郁质的人群更容易患慢性疲劳综合征。社会心理危险因素中,教师、人际不满意、白领、性格内向、不喜欢本职业,每天睡4～6h、人际一般为慢性疲劳综合征发病的危险因素。且气虚质的形成与每天睡4～6h、不参加体育运动、女性、饮食不规律、性格内向正相关,余体质与危险因素无统计学意义。结论:病理性中医体质、长期从事身心压力大的职业、不良生活习惯、不良情志刺激易促成CFS。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate and discuss the relationship among CFS and the body constitution and the risk factors of CFS in shanghai . Methods:Using case-control design,We investigated 100 cases of chronic fatigue syndrome patients and 1000 healthy people,The results are analyzed statistically and showed in figures.
