| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中西医结合治疗重度少弱精症的临床疗效。方法:将重度少弱精症患者按病因分为精索静脉曲张(VC)、慢性前列腺炎(CP)、非淋菌性尿道炎(NGU)3组,每组都用中西医结合治疗1个疗程后观察疗效。结果:精索静脉曲张组25例,有效率为96%、慢性前列腺炎组12例,有效率为83.3%、非淋菌性尿道炎组18例,有效率为94.4%。结论:结合患者病史,寻找并解除导致重度少精弱精症的病因后,进一步进行中西医治疗以恢复睾丸、附睾生精功能是重度少精弱精症临床诊疗思路。
