| 摘 要： | 目的:通过对子宫内膜异位症的临床流行病学调查,探讨子宫内膜异位症中医辨证分型与生殖状况的关系。方法:制定流行病学调查表,临床资料用EXCEL软件建立数据库,采用SPSS 13.0软件进行数据分析处理。结果:患者流产次数、妊娠次数以及不孕等生殖状况与子宫内膜异位症的中医证型存在有内在联系,尤其与肾虚血瘀证密切相关。结论:患者流产次数、妊娠次数以及不孕在子宫内膜异位症证型分布的内在联系从某方面体现了子宫内膜异位症证型的演变规律,为中医辨证分型研究提供了客观化依据。
