| 摘 要： | 心理因素是影响成人错[牙合]正畸治疗效果的重要因素之一，运用医学心理学知识对成人错[牙合]畸形患者心理问题进行分析，改善患者在正畸治疗中的行为方式，从而达到提高治疗效果和治疗满意度的目的，对成人错[牙合]畸形患者常见的心理问题进行分析，着重讨论如何运用医学心理学知识来提高临床正畸水平和如何建立以患者为中心的身心治疗模式。

| Abstract: | The psychological factor is one of the most important factors that affect the effect of adult orthodontic treatment. To analyze the psychological problems existing in adult patients with psychological knowledge may modify the behavior mode of the patients during the orthodontic treatment in order to improve the orthodontic therapeutic effect and satisfied level. The article is to analyze the familiar psychology problems in the adult orthodontic patients and especially to discuss how to enhance the level of orthodontic therapy with psychological knowledge and how to esteblish physical and psychological therapy model around the patients. |
