| Abstract: | The paper described the way of assessing the current situation,setting the target and designing the strategy on quality plan in large general hospital,and the key areas and elements in implement the quality plan.After appraisement of the project,a conclusion was drew that the implementation of a personal quality assessment system of all staff in a general hospital was an effective transitional stage of improving quality management level from Quality Control to Total Quality Management. |
