| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨老年慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者舒适护理干预后的临床效果.方法:将90例CHF老年患者按数字随机表法分为干预组和对照组各45例,对照组予以常规护理,干预组在此基础上实施心理护理、基础护理、用药护理等舒适护理干预措施.比较两组患者生活质量、患者满意度、夜间喘憋发作次数、住院时间.结果:干预组生活质量评分明显低于对照组(t=4.32,P＜0.05);干预组夜间喘憋发作次数、住院时间均明显低于对照组(t=5.75、6.12,P＜0.05);干预组满意度为95.6%(43/45),明显高于对照组的82.2%(37/45)(χ2=4.05,P＜0.05).结论:舒适护理干预能有效提高患者舒适度和满意度,促进患者早日康复.
