深圳蛇口地区上消化道疾病发病特点

Oharacteristics of upper gastrointestinal diseases in Shekou District, Shenzhen

Objective： To explore characteristic of upper gastrointestinal tract disease.Methods： Clinical data of 3 700 cases with upper gastrointestinal diseases were retrospectively analyzed.Results： The ratio of male to female was 1.22：1,and the most commonest disease was chronic gastritis followed by peptic ulcer,polyps,esophagogastic varices,cancer,esophageal hiatal hernia,Barrette esophageal,Mallory-Weiss syndrome,gastrolith,achalasia of the cardia etc.Duodenal ulcer was the commonest in peptic ulcer（14.59%）,followed by gastric ulcer（5.62%）,gastric ulcer in the gastric antrum（63.46%）,in the gastric angle（25.96%）,in the stomach body（12.2%）,in the pyloric tube（11.54%）,and in the gastrocadia（8.17%）.The incidence of polypus（56.63%） and cancer increased in patients aged older than 40 years（40.74%）.There were 2 cases with cancerous ulcer in esophagus,4 cases with cancerous ulcer in stomach,and no cancerous ulcer and cancer in duodenum.The incidence of upper gastrointestinal disease is high in the male.Inflammatory diseases are the most common,followed by peptic ulcer.The incidences of peptic ulcer and chronic gastritis increase when autumn turns into winter and winter turns into spring.The incidences of polypus and cancer are high in the middle-aged and the elder.It is important to perform biopsy of ulcer of esophagus and of stomach.
