| 摘 要： | 目的:总结小儿腹膜后神经母细胞瘤的螺旋CT与超声表现特征,探讨两者对神经母细胞瘤的诊断价值与限度。方法:搜集经病理证实的小儿腹膜后神经母细胞瘤26例,均于同期行螺旋CT与超声检查,回顾性对比分析其CT和超声表现。结果:腹膜后神经母细胞瘤主要CT表现为类圆形、不规则形或分叶形实质性肿物,密度多不均匀,其内可伴钙化、坏死、囊变。增强扫描肿块呈非均匀强化,腹膜后大血管多被包绕。超声主要表现为腹膜后实质性肿物,轮廓清或不清,形态不整,内呈混杂回声,常表现为低回声区伴散在高回声。结论:腹膜后神经母细胞瘤的螺旋CT和超声表现均有一定特征,两种检查方法各有优势,合理应用可为临床诊断及治疗给予有力支持。
