| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨高频喷射通气在胸腔镜手术麻醉中的应用效果及护理配合方法。方法:对22例胸腔镜手术患者采用高频喷射通气麻醉,同时给予密切护理配合。结果:本组术后发生低氧血症1例,发生率为4.5%。结论:高频喷射通气应用于胸腔镜手术麻醉效果确切,规范的护理配合可提高麻醉安全性和手术成功率,减少并发症发生。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the application effect of high-frequency jet ventilation on the anesthesia in thoracoscopic surgery and nursing cooperation approaches.Methods:The anesthesia with high-frequency jet ventilation was applied to 22 patients with thoracoscopic surgery,while the close nursing cooperation was provided.Results:The postoperative hypoxemia occurred in one patient and the incidence was 4.5%.Conclusion:The effect of high frequency jet ventilation is definite when it is applied to the anesthesia in... |
