| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the effects of Ixeris sonchifolia injection combing with sodium ozagrel on angina pectoris.Methods：A total of 82 patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into control group（39 cases） and treatment group（43 cases）,which was treated with routine therapy and Ixeris sonchifolia injection combing with sodium ozagrel,separately.14 days make a course.Results：The treatment group showed better effects regarding to pain lease or disappearance and improvement in ECG comparing with the control group（P0.05～0.01）,it also showed significant improvement in hemorheological parameters as well as decrease in blood lipid level（P0.05～0.01） without any obvious side effects.Conclusions：Ixeris sonchifolia injection combing with sodium ozagrel is safe and effective on angina pectoris. |
