外源性IL-1诱导椎间盘源性腰痛神经传入通路的实验研究

摘    要:目的:研究外源性白介素1(IL-1)作用于腰椎间盘引起腰痛的神经传入通路并探讨其与椎间盘源性腰痛的关系.方法:实验选用20只Wistar大鼠为研究对象,将其分为两组,每组各10只动物,分别为实验组和对照组.将外源性IL-1注入实验组大鼠的腰5/6椎间盘内,在注入后的不同时间点监测L1、L3神经节诱发电位的幅度和潜伏期及L2脊神经节自发性放电频率,与生理盐水对照组的各指标进行对比,并对相关数据进行统计学检验,观察IL-1对腰椎神经传入冲动的影响.结果:在腰5/6椎间盘内注入外源性IL-1后的各个时间点上,实验组大鼠的L1、L3神经节诱发电位幅度较对照组明显上升,潜伏期明显缩短,同时L2脊神经自发性放电的频率也较对照组明显增加,其差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:外源性IL-1注入5/6椎间盘内可在短时间内导致L1、L3节段传入神经冲动增加,L2脊神经节自发性放电频率增加,这可能表明L1~L3背根节是椎间盘源性腰痛的主要神经传入通路.
