摘    要:目的:探讨X线和神经刺激仪定位法阿霉素介入治疗原发性三叉神经眼支痛的临床疗效及安全性.方法:48例原发性三叉神经眼支痛患者采用C型臂X线和神经刺激仪双针定位下0.5%阿霉素0.5ml卵圆孔注入后,观察治疗前及治疗后1天、7天、1月、6月、12月、24月,疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)、简化McGiLL疼痛量表(the Short-form McGill Pain Questionnaire,SF-MPQ)评分、生活质量评分和睡眠质量评分,计算各时间点治疗有效率.结果:随访有效病例46例,VAS评分,SF-MPQ评分、睡眠和生活质量评分治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),l天、7天、1月、6月、12月、24月镇痛有效率分别为76%、83%、93%、91%、78%、73%.结论:双引导法阿霉素介入治疗原发性三叉神经眼支痛疗效肯定,安全性高.
