摘    要:目的:观察分规在微创脑内血肿穿刺中的应用.方法:先用分规在血肿最大层CT片上测出在病人头颅上穿刺点距前正中线的距离及实际穿刺深度,再用分规在病人头颅上标记穿刺点,以此标记点进针或进引流管垂直正中矢状面或矫正后的平面穿刺血肿中心.结果:101例颅内血肿全部一次穿刺成功,术后复查CT证实穿刺针除1例偏血肿中心以外其他均命中...

Abstract:Objective: To explore the value of divider in micropunture of intracerebral hematoma.Methods: Distance between midline and the detected hematoma as well as the expected puncture depth were measured by divider on the skull CT image slice showing the largest hematoma size.The corresponding location was also marked on the patient′s skull with divider.Needle was punctured vertically or horizontally guided by the mark.Results: The procedure was successful in all cases.CT scan confirmed that target hematomas were all correctly located except slight missing in one case,shwoing an accuracy rate of 99%.Conclusions: Divider is of great significance in the intracerebral hematoma puncture.
