| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the effect of Ru Yi Jin Huang powder on phlebitis during the intermittent period of PICC treatment.Methods：Patients with intermittent phlebitis treated by PICC were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group was given external application of Ru Yi Jin Huang powder,while the control group was treated with Hirudoid ointment and TDP lamp irradiation.The therapeutic effects of two groups were observed.Results：The total efficacy of experimental group was 94.59%,while the control group was 68.44%.There was significance difference between two groups（P0.05）.The average effective time was（48.0±12.9）h in experimental group,and（96.0±8.6）h in control group.Conclusions：Ru Yi Jin Huang powder in effective in treating phlebitis during the intermittent period of PICC treatment. |
