| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the correlation between low-density lipoprotein（LDL） and blood pressure variability.Methods： Fifty patients with essential hypertension（EH） were divided into elevated LDL group（LDL〉3.12mmol / L） and normal LDL group（LDL ≤ 3.12mmol / l）.24h blood pressure and blood pressure variability（BPV） were monitored as blood pressure variability by non-invasive blood pressure cuff.Results： Differences in 24-hour blood pressure and BPV were observed between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusions： Average 24-hour blood pressure is correlated with BPV. |
