| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨护理干预在胃镜下乙酸染色诊断萎缩性胃炎中的作用。方法:将疑似萎缩性胃炎的103例患者随机分成2组,干预组52例实施系统的护理干预,对照组51例作常规护理。预约前1 d(干预前)、检查前10 min(干预后)采用Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评估患者的心理状态,比较两组检查前、检查中的收缩压、舒张压、心率变化及检查过程中患者的耐受程度。结果:干预组检查前的SAS和SDS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),干预组的患者在检查过程中的血压、心率明显低于对照组,耐受程度要高于对照组。结论:实施心理认知行为护理可以缓解患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高患者的耐受性,保证检查的顺利进行。
