| 摘 要： | 目的了解慢性乙型肝炎（慢乙肝）患者细胞免疫功能状态。方法应用流式细胞术对70例慢乙肝患者进行T细胞亚群和自然杀伤细胞活性的检测。结果慢乙肝患者CD3 细胞、CD4 细胞和自然杀伤细胞（NK）活性较对照组显著减低，CD8 细胞活性增高，CD4／CK8之值减小，并与疾病程度相关。HBeAg阳性与HBeAg阴性的患者比较，各项指标值变化有显著差异。结论慢乙肝患者存在细胞免疫功能紊乱，免疫指标的监测对于判断预后、合理选择治疗方法可能有指导意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the cellularimmune function of patients with chronic hepatitis B.Method T cell subset andnatural killer (NK) cell activity in patients with chronic hepatitis B were assessed with flow cytometry Results The result revealed thatCD3 cells,CD4 cells and NK cell activity in chronic hepatitis B group were significantly decreased compared with control group CD8 cells were significantly increased.CD4 to CD8 ratio in chronic hepatitis B was also decreased.These changes of CD3 , CD4 , CD8 celland NK cell activity were proportional to the severity of the illness.There.were significant difference between HBeAg positive and negativegroups in number of CD3 , CD4 , CD8 cells and NK cell activity.Conclusion The conclusion indicates that the Cellular immune function was seriously impaired in patients with chronic hepatits B. To monitor the immune index above may guide the assessment of prognosis and the choice of rational theerapy.[ |
