多层螺旋CT在胸腰椎爆裂骨折治疗选择中的价值

目的 探讨多层螺旋CT在胸腰椎爆裂骨折治疗选择中价值.方法 对36例共38个椎体胸腰椎爆裂骨折患者行MSCT扫描,并应用多种图像后处理技术显示骨折情况,选择治疗方案及手术方式.结果 MSCT能显示椎体、椎管及附件损伤情况,判断脊柱稳定性,稳定骨折保守治疗25例,前路手术4例,后路手术6例.结论 MSCT对胸腰椎爆裂骨折术前综合判断及治疗方案、手术方式的选择具有指导意义.

Evaluation of therapy selection of MSCT in treatment of thoracolum bar burst fracture

Objective To evaluate therapy selection of muhi-sliee CT （ MSCT） in the treatment of thoraeolum bar burst fracture. Methods MSCT scanning was performed in 36 patients with 38 dloracolum bar burst fractures. All the cases were processed by image reconstruction and diagnosis of burst fracture. with the help of this procedure, treatment and operatiou methods were selected. Results MSCT fully displayed vertebrae aud spinal canal severity ~,f lesion. By this means, stability of thoracolum bar could be decided. 25 cases of steady fracture were treated throngh conservative therapy. 4 cases underwent ante- rior decompression and another 6 underwent posterior reduction. Conclusion MSCT is an ideal therapy selection and has an important significance in the diagnosis and operation management of thoraeolum bar burst fracture.
