奥拉西坦联合长春西汀注射液治疗脑梗死患者恢复期轻度认知功能障碍的疗效观察

目的评价奥拉西坦联合长春西汀注射液治疗脑梗死恢复期患者轻度认知功能障碍的临床疗效。方法82例患者随机分为治疗组42例和对照组40例。治疗组采用奥拉西坦联合长春西汀注射液为主的治疗方案,而对照组予常规治疗。运用简易精神状态量表(MMSE)和蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)测定治疗前和治疗后2组患者的数值。结果治疗组MMSE分值和MoCA分值高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论奥拉西坦联合长春西汀注射液可用来治疗脑梗死恢复期患者的认知功能。

Oxiracetam combined with vinpocetine injection in treatment of mild cognitive impairment disorder of convalescent patients with cerebral infarct

Objective To evaluate the clinical therapeutic efficacy of using oxiracetam combined with vinpocetine injection in the treatment of mild cognitive impairment disorder of convalescent patients with cerebral infarct. Methods 82 patients were divided randomly into a treatment group 142 cases） and a control group 140 cases）. The treatment group underwent therapy of oxiracetam combined with vinpocetine injection. And the contro｜ group received conventlona therapy. The patients ~ status of pretherapy and post-therapy were assessed by Mini Mental State Examination I MMSE } and MoCA. Results The scores of MMSE and MoCA in the treatment group were all significantly higher than those in the control group（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Oxiracetam combined with vinpocetine injection can be used to improve the cognitive function of the convalescent patients with cerebral infarct.
