MRCP结合原始图像在胆道系统梗阻性疾病中的诊断价值

目的探讨磁共振胰胆管成像(MRCP)结合原始图像诊断梗阻性黄疸的价值。方法将随机收治的96例梗阻性黄疸患者作为观察对象,并根据手术及病理结果评估其诊断符合率。结果本组96例患者的MRCP均较清晰的显示了梗阻性黄疸的梗阻部位和形态。对梗阻原因的诊断,单纯MRCP检查的确诊率91%,MRCP结合原始图像确诊率97%。结论对梗阻性黄疸患者行MRCP检查并结合原始图像诊断,可以提高诊断准确率。

Value of MRCP combined with original image in diagnosis of obstructive jaundice

Objective To explore the value of magnetic resonance cholaugiopancreatography （ MRCP ） combined with origi- nal image in diagnosis of obstructive jaundice. Methods 96 cases of patients with obstructive jaundice were included randomly. The results of operation and pathology were used to evaluate the diagnostic accordance rate. Results The obstruction form and position of all these 96 cases were shown clearly. In regard to diagnosis of reason for obstruction, the diagnostic accordance rate was 91% while only MRCP was employed. However , this diagnostic accordance rate rose to 97% when MRCP was combined with original image. Conclusion MRCP combined with original image in diagnosis of obstructive jaundice can improve the diagnostic accuracy.
