摘    要:目的:研究加碘盐对人群甲状腺癌发病的影响。方法:通过统计广东省佛山市高明区近二十年甲状腺癌的所有病例,对食用加碘盐前后甲状腺癌发病进行对比分析。结果:本地区食加碘盐前10年甲状腺癌共42例;食加碘盐后10年甲状腺癌共88例。结论:本地区食盐碘化后甲状腺癌发病较食盐碘化前明显增多,且高于全国同期的发病率。

Abstract:Objective:To analyze the status of thyroid cancer among people before and after universal salt iodination.Method:We investigated the thyroid cancer in Guangdong Foshan Gaoming District during these 20 years,compared the prevalence and incidence before and after USI.Result:The thyroid cancer in our area before USI ten years was 42 cases,after USI ten years was 88 cases.Conclusion:Iodine excessive intake in our area increase the prevalence and incidence of thyroid cancer.
