摘    要:目的 探讨脑出血、脑梗塞与血小板、INR、APTT、FIB等凝血机制的改变的相互关系。方法 选自 2 0 0 2年 7月至 12月在我院急诊科首次就诊的 84例脑出血患者组、 70例脑梗塞患者组 ,同时随机抽取在我普外科接受手术治疗的 75例患者作对照组组 ,分别测定其血小板、PT、INR、APTT、TIB值。结果 脑梗塞组血小板明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而脑出血组与对照组无明显差异 ,脑出血与脑的PT、INR及FIB浓度均高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,但APTT无明显差异。结论 脑梗塞与血小板增高有关 ,脑出血与脑梗塞与PT、INR、FIB增高互为相关。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between stroke and platelet,INR,FIB and APTT.Methods 84 patients with cerebral hemorrhage and 70 patients with cerebral infarction,served as hemorrhage group and infarction group,respectively.75 patients without disorders of blood and cardiovascular systems served as control group.The values of platelet,INR,FIB and APTT were measured.Results There was statistical difference of platelets values between the group and the control group(P<0.05),whereas there was no statistical difference between the group and the control group.The concentration of platelets,INR and FIB of the patients in the group and group significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).However,there was no difference of APTT between the was groups.Conclusion Cerebral infarction has an association with the values of platelets;there is relationship between cercbral infarction/hemorrhage and changes of platelet INR and FIB.
