| 摘 要： | 晚期肾癌预后差而且对放化疗抗拒,免疫治疗仅使极少部分患者受益。血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在肾透明细胞癌过量表达,表明它可以作为一个新的靶向治疗途径。经过临床试验证实,以VEGF为靶向通路的药物在治疗肾癌方面取得令人鼓舞的效果。

| Abstract: | Advanced renal cell cancer is associated with a poor prognosis and is resistant to convention- al chemotherapy and radiotherapy.Only a very small number of patients benefit from immunotherapy.Over-ex- pression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in clear cell renal cancer has identified a pathway for no- vel targeted therapy.Drugs targeting the pathway have undergone clinical trials in renal cell cancer with encoura- ging results. |
