摘    要:目的对某焦化厂焦炉工程项目职业病危害控制效果进行评价,提出补充措施,使工作场所职业病危害因素的浓度(强度)达到国家职业卫生标准要求,以控制和降低职业病危害因素对劳动者健康的损害,控制和杜绝职业病发生。方法通过收集相关资料、现场职业卫生学调查和职业卫生检测,采用检查表法、检测检验法等方法进行定性和定量分析评价。结果该扩建项目主要职业病危害因素是焦炭尘、一氧化碳、苯并芘、苯溶物、噪声等;检测结果示焦侧苯并芘的最高接触浓度、炉盖工、出炉工苯溶物的时间加权平均浓度及输焦振筛的噪声强度超标,其余检测点检测结果均符合国家职业卫生标准。结论该项目在建设阶段基本上执行了国家的有关规定,针对各种职业病危害因素采取了相应的措施,在一定程度上降低了工作场所职业病危害因素的浓度(强度),但仍要进一步加强完善职业病防护措施,尤其是对苯并芘及苯溶物的防护,以切实保障职工的职业健康。

Abstract:[Objective]To evaluate the control effect on the occupational hazards in the coke oven project of a coking plant, and propose supplementary measures to reduce the concentration and intensity of occupational hazardous factors in workplaces to accord with the national occupational hygienic standards to protect the laborer from occupational hazards and avoid the occurrence of occupational disease. [ Methods] On the base of collecting related data, occupational survey and occupational detection, check lists and examination methods were applied to evaluate the control measures on occupational hazards with the qualitative and quantitative analysis and evaluation. [ Results]The major occupational hazardous factors in the project were coke dust, carbon monoxide, benzopyrene, benzene soluble matter and noise. The detection results showed that MAC of benzopyrene on coke pushed side, TWA of ben- zene soluble matter of two posts and noise level of coke griddle were overproof the rest were eligible. [ Conclusion]The project has adopted homologous measures to control the occupational hazards in the course of construction, and reduce the concentration and intensity of occupational hazardous factors in workplaees to a certain extent, but the protective measures must be improved, especially the measures to control benzopyrene and benzene soluble matter, so as to safeguard the occupational health of laborers.
