国产加替沙星注射液治疗机械通气并呼吸衰竭患者的临床研究

目的:评价国产加替沙星注射液治疗机械通气并呼吸衰竭患者的临床疗效和安全性.方法:46例病人随机分为治疗组23例,给予加替沙星0.4 g静滴qd;对照组23例,给予头孢吡肟2.0 g,静滴bid;疗程10～14 d.结果:加替沙星组和头孢吡肟组的临床总有效率均为69.56%和73.91%,细菌清除率为78.26%和82.60%;不良反应发生率分别为8.7%,两组比较无统计学差异(P＞0.05).结论:加替沙星是一种安全有效的抗菌药,可推荐用于机械通气并呼吸衰竭患者的治疗.

Clininal Study of Domestic Gatifloxacin in Treatment of Mechanical Ventilation-associated Respiratory Failure

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of domestic gatifloxacin in the treatment of mechanical ventilation-associated respiratory failure. Method: 46 patients were divided into two groups. 23 patients in therapeutic group were given gatifloxacin 0.4 g, ivd qd for 10-14 d, and 23 patients in controlled group received cefepime 2.0 g, ivd bid for 10-14 d. Result: The total effective rates of gatifloxacin group and cefepime group were 69.56% and 73.91%, respectively. The bacterial clearance rates were 78.26% and 82.60% , respectively. The adverse reactions occurring rates were 8.7% and 8.7% , respectively. Conclusion: Domestic gatifloxacin is a safe and effective antibacterial agent in treating mechanical ventilation-associated respiratory failure.
