| 摘 要： | 目的通过观察Neuman(纽曼)系统模式对肾移植患者焦虑、抑郁的影响,探讨Neuman系统模式在肾移植患者应用前景.方法观察我院2003年1月～2004年1月30例肾移植患者术前、术后1周、术后1月的焦虑、抑郁情况,采用SDS、SAS评分系统评价其分值.结果采用Neuman系统模式护理后,患者术后1周和术后1月的SDS、SAS评分与术前SDS、SAS评分比较有显著性差异(P＜0.001),术后患者的焦虑、抑郁得到了明显改善.结论采用系统模式护理肾移植患者可以明显改善其焦虑、抑郁状况,这种理论在肾移植患者的护理上具有指导意义.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the application of Neuman System Model on kidney transplantation patients and the effects of Neuman System Model on patients' anxiety and depression.Methods A total of 30 cases from Jan 2003 to Jan 2004 in our hospital were observed.The SDS and SAS were completed before operation,one week and one month after operation. Results Scores of SDA and SAS one week and one month after operation were significantly lower than those before operation(P<0.001) after Neuman System Model was applied.Conclusion Neuman system Model is useful in improving the psychological status of kidney tansplantation patients with anxiety and depression. |
