| 摘 要： | 目的探讨静脉免疫球蛋白（IVIG）在预防早产儿感染、提高早产儿成活率中的作用。方法77例早产儿随机分成两组,治疗38例,在常规治疗基础上加用IVIG400mg/kg静脉滴注,隔日1次,视经济状况连用1～2次;对照组39例,仅常规治疗,不使用IVIG治疗。结果两组早产儿住院一周后采用静脉血检测C反应蛋白,结果比较有统计学差异,P〈0.05。结论IVIG预防早产儿感染,提高成活率疗效显著,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the value of the vein immunoglobulin（IVIG）preventing early newborn baby from infecting and improving early newborn baby survival rate.Methods Use the intravenous injection of IVIG to 38 early newborn babies on the foundation of routine treating,400 ml/kg each time.Use it again every other day,and use once or twice continuously according to the economic situation.In addition,use the blank to treat 39 examples in the contrast group.Results The two groups have obvious curative effect to prevent the early newborn baby froum infecting and improve survival rate.Conclusion IVIG worth popularizing clinically. |
