亚低温联合穿刺碎吸术治疗高血压脑出血的疗效

摘    要:目的 探讨亚低温联合穿刺碎吸术治疗高血压脑出血的临床效果。方法 依据治疗方式,将80例高血压脑出血分为观察组(44例,亚低温联合穿刺碎吸术治疗)和对照组(36例,采用穿刺碎吸术治疗)。比较两组患者治疗后GOS评分、GCS评分、血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平和并发症发生率。结果 亚低温治疗之后,观察组GOS评分和GCS评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后3、7 d血清crp、il-6和tnf-α水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(>P>0.05)。结论 亚低温治疗可以通过降低高血压脑出血患者血清炎症因子水平改善穿刺碎吸术的治疗效果。

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect of hypothermia therapy on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after minimally invasive aspiration. Methods Eighty patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage undergoing minimally invasive aspiration were divided into observed group (44 cases), in which the patients received the routine treatment and hypothermia therapy, and control group (36 cases), in which the patients only received the routine treatment. GOS, GCS, serum C-reactive protein (CRP), interleukin -6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor -α (TNF-α) levels and the incidence of complications were compared between both the group after the treatment. Results GOS and GCS scores were significantly higher in the observed group than those in the control group after the treatment (P<0.05). the="" serum="" levels="" of="" crp,="" il-6="" and="" tnf-α="" were="" significantly="" lower="" in="" observed="" group="" than="" those="" control="" 3="" 7="" days="" after="" hypothermia="" therapy="" (P<0.05). there="" were="" insignificant="" differences="" in="" the="" incidence="" of="" complications="" between="" both="" group="" (P>0.05). Conclusion it is suggested that hypothermia therapy can enhance the curative effect of minimally invasive aspiration on the hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage by the decrease in the serum levels of inflammatory factors such as CRP, IL-6 and TNF-α.
