| 摘 要： | 目的 分析探讨子宫肌瘤三种治疗方案的成本-效果.方法 45例子宫肌瘤患者随机分为3组,接受不同治疗方案(A:大黄蟅虫胶囊;B:宫瘤清胶囊;C:桂枝茯苓胶囊),运用药物经济学成本-效果分析方法进行评价.结果 A、B、C三种方案的总有效率分别为86.7%、93.3%和80%.增量成本-效果分析方法结果显示,每增加1%有效率所追加的成本以方案B最低,为6.70元.结论 所评价的三种方案中,B组为最佳方案.
