胃平滑肌肉瘤八例

胃平滑肌肉瘤少见。我院于1981-1991年间手术治疗经病理确诊胃平滑肌肉瘤8例。男性3例;女性5例,年龄36-73岁。最常见症状为腹部肿块及消化道出血。术前仅确诊2例。8例中作胃根治术3例,胃大部切除4例,楔形切除1例,切除率为100%。5年生存率50%(4/8)。现结合文献就该病的诊断和治疗进行讨论。

Leiomyosarcoma of Stomach. A Report of 8 cases

From 1981 to 1991. 8 Cases of Leiomyosarcoma were treated surgically. There were 3 males and o females. Age of the patients ranged from 36 to 73 years. abdominal mass and upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were the most common signs. The diagnosis were confirmed in 2 patients before operation. 6 patients were diagnosed erroneously to be gastric cancer 2 cases. cardiac cancer 1 case. benign leiomyoma 3 cases. Resection rate was 100% (8/8). The 5-year surlyal rate was 50 % (4/8).
