| 摘 要： | 通过组织胺对小鼠Lewis肺癌作用的超微结构观察发现:低剂量组织胺对Lewis肺癌细胞超微结构影响不大, 而高剂量组织胺可引起Lewis肺癌超微结构的改变:核浆比例缩小, 核表面光滑, 核仁变少, 异染色质比例增加, 胞质内细胞器肿胀, 认为Lewis肺癌细胞的这种改变可能是癌细胞向正常细胞转化的一种标志, 从而提示组织胺抑制Lewis肺癌生长与癌细胞DNA合成、细胞增殖有关。

| Abstract: | This experiment studied the ultrastructural change of histamine on LLC in C(57)BL/6J mice. There were no effects on the ultrastructure of the low dosage group.On the contrary, the high dosage of histamine had significant change showed as follows: The ratio of necleus/cytoplasm reduced and the number of nucleolus decreased, Heterochromation increased. The results indicated that histamine could induce reverse differenation which might be the function that histarnine inhibit the growth of LLC. |
