膝关节交叉韧带损伤的MR诊断

目的 分析膝关节交叉韧带损伤的MR表现,并探讨其应用价值.方法 选择56例膝关节外伤病人,采用包括矢状、冠状及放射状等多个方向及T1WI、T2WI及FFE等多个成像序列进行成像,观察不同部位病变的发生例次及不同损伤程度交叉韧带的表现.结果 56例共检出77处韧带挫伤及撕裂,附着点撕脱有9处.其中前交叉韧带损伤有32处,撕裂14处,后交叉韧带损伤18处,撕裂13处;前交叉韧带附着点撕脱合并前后交叉韧带损伤2例,后交叉韧带附着点撕脱合并前、后交叉韧带损伤2例,单纯前交叉韧带附着点撕脱2例,单纯后交叉韧带撕脱3例.前、后交叉韧带同时损伤不合并附着点撕脱有22例.结论 MR对膝关节交叉韧带损伤病变及损伤程度诊断准确率高,能作为术前无创性检查手段,为选择是否手术治疗及手术方式提供最直接依据.

MR findings of knee joint's cruciate ligament's

Objective To analyze cruciate ligament's MR findings of knee joints,and evaluate the value in finding cruciate ligament's trauma.Methods All 56 traumatic patients in knee examined by MR with sagittal,coronal,radial T1WI,T2WI,T2WI/FFE,T2WI/SPIR procedures,and the cruciate ligament's traumatic numbers of different parts and grades were evaluated.Results 77 cruciate ligament's traumas were found,the numbers of anterior and posterior cruciate ligament's traumas and tears were 32,14and 18,13;the Avulsion fractures' numbers of cruciate ligament's tendon insertion site were 9.Conclusions MR is the finest scatheless examining method in finding cruciate ligament's traumas and tears before operation.
