| 摘 要： | 目的 预防老年患者胆道术后留置T型管的并发症。方法 对108例T型管老年患者实施循证护理。结果 108例患者中出现并发症12例，其中管周感染2例，脱出3例，胆汁性腹膜炎3例，胆道感染3例，出血1例。结论 循证护理可有效的预防老年患者T型管并发症的发生。

| Abstract: | objetcive To study the prevention of complications in senile patients treated with T- tube drainage. Methods Study of 108 cases underwent evidence-based nursing care. Results 12 of the 108 cases were complicated, including 2 cases of peritubular infection,3 cases of pulling-out, 3 cases of hililary peritonitis,3 cases of hililary infection, and 1 case of haemorrhage, conclusions Evidence-based nursing care is proved effective in reducing the occurrence of complications in senile patients treated with T-tubes. |
