| 摘 要： | 用抗ＨＣＶ ＮＳ３的单克隆抗体检测慢笥丙型肝炎肝活检组织中的ＨＣＶ抗原，并观察ＨＣＶ抗原在肝组织中的分布及单克隆抗体的特异性。间接免疫荧光法。ＨＣＶ抗原分布于肝细胞核，胞浆及肝细胞中，慢性乙型肝炎肝活检组织，胎肝组织及胃活检组织均为阴性。

| Abstract: | Objective:To detect HCV antigen in liver biopsy from patients with chronic hepatitis C by using monoclonal antibody against HCV NS 3 antigen and to observe the distribution of HCV antigen in liver tissues and the specificity of the monoclonal antibody.Methods:indirect immunofluorescent was used for detection.Results:The results showed that HCV antigen distributed in nucleus,cytoplasm and membrance of liver cells of there patients,but was negative in liver tissues of fetus,patients with chronic hepatitis B and stomach tissue.Conclusions:This method is able to detect HCV antigen in liver tissues specifically. |
