| 摘 要： | 目的 了解老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病 (COPD)患者呼吸锻炼现状 ,提供开展呼吸锻炼相关教育及护理依据。方法 对住院的 5 0名COPD患者呼吸锻炼相关内容进行问卷调查。结果 患者对呼吸锻炼知识了解不深 ,应用方法不正确 ,绝大多数患者不能系统的锻炼。结论 患者不能得到完整有效的呼吸锻炼相关知识 ,须采取多种形式 ,普及相关知识 ,在实践中规范锻炼方式 ,提高患者的依从性

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the status of breathing retraining in patients with COPD and provide the evidence of nursing and educating for them. Methods Questionnaire method was used and 50 in-patients with COPD were interviewed. Results Most of patients could not do breathing retraining systematically due to few knowledge and incorrect techniques. Conclusions It was important for patients to be educated and rectified in breathing retraining in order to increase their compliance. |
