| 摘 要： | 目的探讨妊娠合并HIV感染孕产妇的母婴阻断的措施。方法本院2009年1月至2011年2月收治的36例HIV感染孕妇采取抗病毒药物、选择性剖宫产、人工喂养等综合措施。结果除1例失访,2例新生儿HIV抗体阳性,余33例（91.7%）新生儿两次HIV抗体均为阴性。结论产前抗病毒药物阻断、分娩期产科干预联合新生儿人工喂养的母婴阻断措施是有效降低母婴传播率、控制儿童艾滋病传播病的重要措施。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the mother-to-child blocking method on the pregnancy with HIV infection.Methods Thirty-six HIV-infection pregnant cases were given the mother-to-child blocking method,such as anti-viral medicine therapy,Cesarean section,artificial feeding and so on.Results Except for one case lost to follow up,two cases HIV-antibody positive,the lastr thirty-three cases of infant（91.7%） were HIV-antibody negative twice.Conclusion The mother-to-child blocking methods including prenatal Antiviral drugs,Obstetric intervention and artificial feeding of newborns were important measures to decrease the number of the AIDS children. |
