大骨瓣减压救治高血压性脑出血并脑疝形成的疗效观察

目的观察大骨瓣减压术治疗高血压性脑出血并脑疝形成患者的疗效。方法应用大骨瓣减压术治疗高血压性脑出血并脑疝形成患者共计36例为治疗组,回顾性选取常规骨瓣减压术治疗的脑疝患者共计30例为对照组,观察两组患者预后情况。结果治疗组与对照组比较预后有明显差异（P〈0.05）。结论与常规骨瓣减压术比较大骨瓣减压术配合扩大减张缝合硬脑膜,可以获得最大的减压效果,提高脑疝回复率,降低术后并发症发生率,有效的改善脑疝患者的预后。

Efficacy Hemicraniectomy Treatment of Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage and Hernia Formation

Objective Observation big bone rebutted decompression in the treatment of cerebral hernia patients curative effect.Methods Apply big bone flap decompression in the treatment of cerebral hernia patients a total of 36 cases for treatment group,retrospective select normal bone flap decompression therapy in patients with cerebral hernia a total of 30 cases of control group,observation two groups of patients prognosis.Results Treatment group compared with controls prognosis has obvious difference（P0.05）.Conclusion Conventional bone flap operation more standard large trauma decompression bone flap with expanding minus a suture dura mater,we can achieve the largest decompression effect and improve brain hernia recovery rate,reduce the incidence rate of postoperative complications were,effective improve the prognosis of patients with cerebral hernia.
