探讨医院药剂科的现状与发展

目的探讨药剂科的管理现状并予以改善。方法结合我院的实际情况,对管理存在的问题进行研究分析,并找出解决问题的对策。结果我院对药剂科的投入力度不大,重视度不高,管理不到位,导致药剂科发展较难。结论药品制造环节透明化,建设电子智能化,管理与监视全面化,服务咨询一体化。

Investigate the Situation and Development of Pharmacy

Objectives To observe the management status of pharmacy department and the improvement measures.Methods Combining the practical situation of our hospital,researching and analyzing the management problems and finding out the countermeasure of solving the problems.Results Our hospital doesn＇t have enough investment on department of pharmacy,the importance is not high and management does not reach the designated position,which lead to difficult development of pharmacy.Conclusions Drug manufacturing process is transparent,Construction of electronic is intelligent,management and monitoring is comprehensive and advisory services is integrated.
