| 摘 要： | 目的分析我院使用注射用中成药的不良反应情况及其特点,为临床安全合理使用中成药提供参考。方法对我院2010年1月至2011年12月收集到的80例使用中成药注射液不良反应报告表,进行统计分析。结果 80例注射用中成药不良反应发生率女性比例（58.75%）略高于男性（41.25%）,涉及药品16种;不良反应的发生可累及全身各系统,以皮肤及其附件损害多见（55.00%）。结论临床工作中应提高对注射用中成药不良反应的认识及加强监测,促进合理用药。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the adverse drug reactions（ADR） of injectable chinese patent drug（CPD）in our hospital and provide reference for the using of injectable CPD in clinical.Methods Collected 80 cases report form of ADR with using of injectable CPD from June 2010 to June 2011 in our hospital.Retrospective analysis was done on these forms.Results 80 cases of injection of proprietary Chinese medicines adverse reaction incidence proportion of women（58.75%） is slightly higher than the males（41.25%）,involving 16 kinds of medicines.The incidence of adverse reactions of various systems of the body can affect more common（55.00%）,skin and its appendages.Conclusion The ADR of CPD can not be ignored.It is important to monitor ADR for using CPD securely and legitimately. |
