胰岛素泵强化治疗2型糖尿病的临床观察

目的观察胰岛素泵强化治疗2型糖尿病患者的临床疗效。方法 26例老年糖尿病患者随机分为两组各43例,分别给予皮下胰岛素泵连续注射（CSII）和多次皮下胰岛素注射（MSII）两种强化治疗,比较两组疗效和对胰岛β细胞功能的影响。结果治疗后两组血糖均得到明显控制,CSII组的血糖达标时间和每日胰岛素用量明显少于MSII组（P〈0.05）,低血糖发生率也明显低于MSII组（P〈0.05）。治疗后CSII组的空腹C肽和餐后2h C肽显著升高（P〈0.05）,MSII组无明显改变。结论胰岛素泵强化治疗2型糖尿病,可以快速安全有效的控制血糖,且能改善胰岛功能。

Clinical Observation on Insulin Pump Infusion in Treating patients with Type 2 Diabetes

Objective To observe the clinical effects of insulin pump infusion in treating patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods 86 cases of the patients were randomly divided into two groups,43 cases in each group.The two groups were given CSII and MSII at the base of conventional treatment,Compare the clinical effects and the effects of patients＇ insulin cells.Results After treatment,blood glucose wwer decreased significantly than before（P0.05）.The time of blood glucose gets to normal and dosage of insulin of CSII group is shorter than MSII group,the incidence of hypoglycemia of CSII group is significantly lower than MSII group（P0.05）.After treatment,C peptide significantly increased in CSII group than before（P0.05）,but no changes in MSII group.Conclusion Insulin pump therapy is an rapid,safey,and effective therapy on control blood glucose,and it can improve the function of insulin cells,it is worth in clinical use.
