中医治疗风湿性关节炎的临床疗效观察

目的观察中医治疗风湿性关节炎的临床疗效。方法将治疗组67例采用中医治疗与对照组67例采用白虎加桂枝汤中成药治疗进行疗效比较观察,所有患者完成20天用药。结果两组显效结果为,治疗组总有效率91.04%,对照组总有效率为70.15%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,经统计学处理,P〈0.05,差异显著有统计学意义。结论应用中医治疗风湿性关节炎,使用是安全的,并且副反应发生较轻,效果显著,是一种安全、有效的方案。

Clinical Observation of Chinese Medicine Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective To observe the effects in traditional Chinese medicine treatment of patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods The treatment group of 67 patients were given chinese materia medica,the control group of 67 patients were given traditional drugs with BaihuGuizhi decoction.All were taken 20 days of treatment.Results 91.04% patients of the treatment group were proved to be effective;71.05% patients of the control group were proved to be effective.Significant differences were showed in the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Apply the traditional chinese medicine in the regimen may have some effects on rheumatoid arthritis.The Treatment scheme is worthy of clinical application.
