水蛭素抑制创伤性脑水肿实验研究

摘    要:目的探讨水蛭素对脑挫裂伤后脑水肿的防治作用。方法制备家兔脑挫裂伤模型,观察不同时间家兔脑挫裂伤灶和周围脑组织含水量,并通过家兔脑挫裂伤创面贴附水蛭素明胶海绵实验,研究水蛭素对脑水肿抑制程度的影响。结果对照组家兔脑挫裂伤后脑组织含水量随时间的推移而升高,实验组各时间点脑组织含水量明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论水蛭素可抑制脑挫裂伤后脑水肿的发生和发展,早期应用水蛭素可减轻脑水肿,降低并发症,提高疗效。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of prophylaxis and treatment of hirudin on traumatic brain edema.Methods A stable and repeatable brain contusion and laceration injury rabbit model was prepared, the effects of hirudin on the inhibition of traumatic brain edema was studied; brain water in contusion and laceration brain tissue was observed at different time (at 3, 24, 48,72 hour and 7 day), and compared with hirudin gelatin sponge group.Results The brain water in rabbit contusion and laceration brain was elevated as time went on, but hirudin reduced brain edema(P<0.05).Conclusion Hirudin is able to inhibit the occurrence and development of traumatic brain edema;it can reduce complication and improve therapeutic effects if hirudin is used at the early stage.
