| 胰泰复方对慢性胰腺炎胰腺纤维化大鼠凋亡相关基因Bcl-2、Bax表达的影响 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的观察胰泰复方对慢性胰腺炎胰腺纤维化大鼠Bcl-2、Bax表达的影响。方法予13.3%L-精氨酸行左下腹腔注射制备大鼠慢性胰腺炎模型,10d后给予灌胃治疗,2个月后处死各组动物取材;免疫组织化学法检测各组大鼠胰腺Bcl-2、Bax的表达。结果模型组Bax表达较中药对照组及中药治疗组均降低;中药治疗组Bax高于中药对照组,Bcl-2低于中药对照组,Bax/Bcl-2比值较中药对照组上升。结论胰腺纤维化过程中胰腺Bax、Bcl-2表达增强;胰泰复方能上调胰腺Bax/Bcl-2比值,促进细胞凋亡,对慢性胰腺炎胰腺纤维化具有恢复作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the effect of Yitai Compounded Medication on pancreatitis fibrosis and the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax in rat.Methods：To establish the chronic pancreatitis rats model with 13.3%L-arginine with the method of celiac injection,10 days after,Yitai Compounded Medication was gave to the rats model and the samples of pancreas were collected after 2 months for evaluating the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax by using immunohist chemistry technique.Results：The expression of Bax in model group was obviously lower than Chinese medicine control group and Chinese medicine treatment group;the expression of Bax in Chinese medicine treatment group was higher than Chinese medicine control group;The expression of Bcl-2 in Chinese medicine treatment group was lower than Chinese medicine control group,Bax/Bcl-2 ratio in Chinese medicine treatment group was lower than Chinese medicine control group.Conclusion：The expression of Bax and Bax/Bcl-2 were elevated in pancreatitis fibrosis;Yatai Compounded Medication can increase the expression of Bax/Bcl-2 ratio,so it plays an important role in the recovery of chronic pancreatitis fibrosis. |
