摘    要:目的:建立高效液相色谱法同时测定复方氨基丁酸维E胶囊中维生素B1和烟酸含量的方法。方法:采用Apollo C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以水溶液(0.2 mol.L-1庚烷磺酸钠溶液1 000 mL,冰醋酸3.0 mL,用三乙胺调pH 7.0)-甲醇(80∶20)为流动相,流量0.6 mL.min-1,二极管阵列检测器(DAD),检测波长261 nm,柱温30℃,以外标法峰面积定量。结果:维生素B1线性范围为10~250μg(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.2%,RSD为1.08%(n=5)。烟酸线性范围为10~250μg(r=1.000 0),平均回收率为99.2%,RSD为1.14%(n=5)。结论:本方法简便、快速,测定结果准确可靠,重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

HPLC Simultaneous Determination of Vitamin B1 and Nicotinic Acid in Compound Aminobutyric Acid and Vitamin E Capsules

Abstract:Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of vitamin B1 and nicotinic acid in Compound Aminobutyric Acid and Vitamin E Capsules. Methods:Apollo C18 (4. 6 mm - 250 mm,5 μm)column was used with the mobile phase of a mixture of water solution (0. 2 mol .L^-1 sodium heptanesulfonate 1 000 mL, glacial acetic acid 3.0 mL, using triethylamine to adjust pH value to 7. 0)-methanol(80: 20) ;the flow rate was 0. 6 mL . min^-1 ; the detection wavelength was set at 261nm;the column temperature was at 30℃. Results: The sample and host were separated well by HPLC. The linear range was 10-250μg (r =0. 999 9) for vitamin BI and 10-250 μg (r = 1. 000 0) of nicotinic acid respectively. The average recoveries of vitamin B~ and nicotinic acid were 99.2% ( RSD = 1.08% ) and 99. 2% ( RSD = 1.14% ), respectively. Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable, and can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
