红花绿豆水煎剂抗炎镇痛作用的实验研究

目的研究红花绿豆水煎剂的抗炎镇痛作用，为临床应用提供实验依据。方法用角叉菜胶、巴豆油、芥末致大、小鼠不同炎症模型，观察水煎剂多种方法给药的抗炎作用；用醋酸法致小鼠扭体反应，考察其镇痛作用。结果大鼠灌胃或腹腔给药，对角叉菜胶致足肿胀、胸膜炎性渗出、芥末致腹膜炎性渗出及巴豆油致肉芽肿囊内渗出物均有抑制作用（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）；小鼠腹腔给药可减轻巴豆油致的耳壳炎症，灌胃给药，减少醋酸刺激扭体反应的次数（P〈0．05）。但局部涂擦对小鼠耳壳炎症及灌胃给药对大鼠肉芽组织重量均无明显改善作用。结论红花绿豆水煎剂具有抗炎、镇痛的药理作用。

Experimental study on analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of the decoction of carthamus tinctorius and phaseolus radiatus

Objective To study the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of the decoction of Carthamus tinctorius and phaseolus radiatus and provide experimental data for clinical application. Methods Models of different inflammatory reactions induced by carrageen,croton oil and brassica-powder in rats or mice were performed to study the anti-inflammatory effects. Methods of acetic acid inducing writhing in mice were used to observe the analgesic effect. Results The decoction were given to rats, ig or ip, and it inhibited the swelling of paws and pleural exudata and peritoneal effusion and granuloma obviously; The mice were given the decoction, ip, and it can suppressed swelling of ear ,then ig, the number of writhing mice were decreased (P<0.05). But there was no obvious improvement when the decoction was applied Iocally or ig, both to the swelling of ear of the mice and granulomatous weight of the rat. Conclusion The decoction has strong therapeutic effects of analgesic and anti-inflammation.
