艾滋病关爱中心手术科室护士的心理压力分析及干预措施

目的了解艾滋病关爱中心手术科室护士的心理健康状况,并针对性提出干预措施.方法采用《症状自评量表（SCL-90）》进行问卷调查,并将本组病例与国内常模进行对比.结果被调查的58名护士的（SCL-90）总均分、阳性项目数及躯体化、强迫症、焦虑、抑郁及敌对等因子评分高于国内常模评分（P〈0.01）.结论艾滋病关爱中心手术科室护士压力较大,应加强心理干预,缓解压力,调动工作积极性.

Analysis and Intervention on Mental Stress of Operation-Room Nurses in AIDS Care Centre

Objective To study mental status of nurses in operation-room and find intervention measures for their mental disorder.Method A questionnaire was designed according to ＂Symptom Checklist 90＂（SCL-90）,and the scores were compared with domestic norm.Result Scores of nurses who completed the questionnaire were significantly higher than the average scores of domestic norm in mean score,positive items,somatization,compulsion,anxiety,depression and hostility（P0.01）.Conclusion Mental intervention should be exerted on operation room nurses who undergo high mental pressure in AIDS Care Center to relieve their stress and promote their activeness in work.
