| 摘 要： | 中晚期宫颈癌的主要治疗方式是放射治疗.调强放疗技术具有很大优势,其计划设计个体化,靶区剂量分布安全合理.与常规放疗相比,调强技术提高了疗效,减少了并发症.因此调强放疗将成为宫颈癌治疗的主要方式.

| Abstract: | Radiotherapy is the primary method in treating advanced cervical cancer.Intensity-modulated radiation therapy(IMRT)has the advantage of individualized planning,safe and rational dose distribution.It can improve the curative effect,reduce the dose of organs at risk(OAR),decrease the complication.So IMRT will play an important role in the management of cervical cancer. |
